All deposits, stud fees and other payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a completed breeding does not result in confirmed pregnancy, the contractual remedy is one complimentary repeat breeding. Attempts after the complimentary repeat require an additional fee.
Tank's pup-back option must state whether Titan Kennels receives 1st or 2nd pick and document selection and transfer arrangements in writing.
The agreement addresses biological and veterinary risks and limits liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No specific litter size, sex, color or outcome is guaranteed unless expressly written.
